July-06 2026We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Garden City. Chuck was exceptional to work with—very responsive and proactive in resolving any issues. The unit matched the description perfectly and had direct beach access. It featured two hot tubs and two pools, both maintained at a pleasant temperature. The accommodations, including the garage and patio, were clean, well-arranged, and enjoyable. The only minor downside was the road noise, which was audible outside but not inside the unit.

June-17 2026The best thing about this place is the private beach access and clubhouse. We were able to drive up onto the beach with our paddle boards making it so easy for a lake day. We didn’t bother going to the state beach because we loved where we were and there were not a lot of people. The place itself is directly across the street from the lake and clubhouse. There is a nice bike path that makes walking into town easy. The house was very spacious and nice. The master bedroom faces the main road and that side of the house had street noise during the day but the windows were good quality at blocking that sound. All the other bedrooms were at the back of house away from the main road. Chuck was a great host and was responsive to our questions. He definitely made an effort to make sure our stay was good. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.
