There is a kids splash pad and outdoor pickle ball court located just outside of the townhomes or just walk across the street to the Legacy Beach clubhouse which includes access to a swimming pool (seasonal), year-round hot tub, and a 24-hour gym. During the winter months bundle up and head to the Beaver Mountain ski resort located just 15 minutes from town. January-04 2026Everything about this place was great! We came in the winter for skiing! The main floor was very cold, but thankful for a quick response from the owner bringing us a space heater. Made a world of difference!
