Good to Know Before Your Group Books

Garden City enforces quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, so plan late-night gatherings indoors.

Fireworks are banned at the resort (minimum $500 fine), and beach fires aren't allowed. Inn at the Beach has its own propane firepit.

Inn at the Beach uses a 60-day cancellation window; other homes use 30 days.

Count vehicles early. Each home lists its parking, and boats and trailers go in the overflow lot.

Is there enough parking for a big group?

Each home lists its own spaces, including overflow spaces. Inn at the Beach has 18. Boats and trailers go in the overflow lot.

Does the whole group get pool and hot tub access?

Yes. Every guest gets a wristband at check-in for the resort pools, hot tubs and gym.

What is the cancellation policy for large homes?

In at the Beach: cancellations within 60 days of arrival are charged in full. All other homes: within 30 days. Changes cost a minimum of $25.

Is one big home cheaper than several smaller ones?
